📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax functions
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare tax returns
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
- Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team
- Collaborate with the CFO and other department heads to drive financial strategy
- Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping using SAP and other financial software
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax functions
- Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations in Indonesia
- Experience with SAP or similar financial software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
