Moon Max Sentosa is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations in the sales process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in managing and developing sales strategies and plans.,Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and customer needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals and reports.,Follow up on customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the organization and coordination of sales meetings, events, and trade shows.,Monitor and report on sales performance and provide feedback to the Sales Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Indonesian language proficiency (written and spoken).
