As a Caregiver at Osem Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will be part of a team that is committed to providing personalized care tailored to each resident's unique needs. You will work closely with our residents, their families, and our multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure they receive the highest standard of care. Daily tasks will include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and creating a comfortable and safe living environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitoring and recording residents' vital signs and health status.
• Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Creating a safe and comfortable living environment by assisting with personal care and hygiene.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive comprehensive and personalized care.
• Documenting resident care plans and progress notes accurately and promptly.
• Promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere that fosters residents' well-being and dignity.
• Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare or caregiving roles.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow a structured care plan.
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards elderly residents.
• Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems such as Meditech or similar.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
