📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees in their personal and professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of learning and development materials.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning culture within the organization.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
