PT Harapan Nusa is seeking a dedicated Distribution Officer to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to various retail outlets and customers.,Develop and implement efficient distribution strategies to meet sales targets and customer demands.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align distribution efforts with business goals.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to distribution.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance to senior management.,Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and inventory management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field operations.
