📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document current business processes in government agencies using tools like Microsoft Visio and Power BI.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing processes and propose solutions for optimization.
• Design and implement new business processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process improvements align with government objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes, providing regular reports and recommendations for further improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in business process management and digital transformation.
• Train and mentor team members on process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies in all process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process analysis, preferably in the government sector.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Power BI, and JIRA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with government regulations and policies is a plus.
• Certification in business process management (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
