Sherman Mineral Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Supervisor with Mandarin language proficiency to join our team in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs.,Communicate effectively with employees and management in Mandarin and Indonesian.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Proficient in Mandarin and Indonesian languages.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.
