CV Damar Harapan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing our logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation coordination.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior staff on logistics best practices and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations with other business functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and industry standards is a plus.
