The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.,Provide feedback and support to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's training and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to design and facilitate effective training sessions.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
