📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Monitor and maintain network performance and availability.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related matters.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Work closely with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, networking, and security.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ticketing systems and remote access tools.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
