Net Tech Mandiri is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Lubuklinggau. As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various HR functions. If you are passionate about HR and eager to learn, we would love to have you on board!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruiting and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.,Support in the management of employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
