📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.,Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Create and maintain marketing plans and budgets.,Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.,Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams.,Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
