📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical engineering projects.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into the overall coffee production process.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement them where appropriate.,Provide technical support and guidance to the sales and marketing teams.,Participate in the recruitment and training of new engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing processes.,Strong understanding of coffee production processes and machinery.,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing mechanical engineering projects.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the mechanical engineering industry.
