📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure timely delivery of products.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to optimize resource utilization and productivity.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
