📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant managers and staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is a plus.
