📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with the Branch NDF Car Head/Agency Supervisor and other stakeholders to plan and execute marketing activities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our car products effectively.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or financial services industry.
• Proficient in using marketing tools and software such as Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
