As a Recruitment Specialist at Pro Food Group, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for creating and managing job postings, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and manage job postings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to different locations within Indonesia as needed.
