Den Quick Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring a positive work environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and provide support for HR-related inquiries.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in performance management, including conducting performance appraisals and setting performance goals.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
