📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the business.,Ensure smooth and efficient processes are in place.,Coordinate with various departments to achieve business goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor junior staff members.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
