📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the financial operations of the property portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the property portfolio.
• Provide financial advice and support to property managers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in property accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in property accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the hospitality or property management industry is a plus.
