PT Garuda Mitra is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Store Manager to join our team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.,Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing training and support to achieve store goals.,Monitor store performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of operations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute store-specific promotions and events.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
