📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other technical products.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other user assistance materials.,Provide technical support to customers and end-users through documentation and training materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
