Warehouse Manager

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to ensure accurate inventory control and efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols to protect staff and goods.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment times, and staff productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
