As an EXIM Staff at PT. Mungyo Group Indonesia, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of export and import transactions, from documentation to compliance. You'll work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure that our products reach international markets efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and shipping agents to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Monitor and update trade compliance documentation, including import/export permits and certificates.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of trade-related reports to relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of all export and import transactions.
• Provide support to the sales team in preparing export-related information for potential clients.
• Assist in the organization of trade-related events and seminars.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in international trade laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in export-import operations or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with international trade software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
