📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the finance and project administration departments
• Coordinate with finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Assist in the preparation of financial documents and reports
• Support project managers in coordinating administrative tasks for various projects
• Maintain and update administrative records and files

• Assist in the organization and planning of administrative events and meetings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or financial role
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP would be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
