HR Specialist (Human Resources)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances, to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or ADP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
