Umalas Kids Club in Bali is seeking a dedicated Preschool Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant international team. We are an international preschool in Canggu, Bali, dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 2 to 6 years. Our mission is to foster a love for learning and to help each child reach their full potential.

As a Preschool Early Years Teacher at Umalas Kids Club, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating early childhood education programs. You will work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure that each child receives the best possible care and education. You will use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including play-based learning, art, music, and outdoor activities, to engage and inspire young learners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, implement, and evaluate early childhood education programs
• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans using play-based learning, art, music, and outdoor activities
• Assess and monitor children's progress and development
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible care and education for each child
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful school culture

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., Early Childhood Teacher Certification, Montessori Certification, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and development
• Fluency in English, as it is the primary language of instruction at our preschool
