As an Environmental Foreman at our nickel mining operations, you'll play a crucial role in implementing and overseeing environmental management systems. Your daily tasks will include conducting environmental impact assessments, monitoring compliance with environmental laws, and ensuring that our mining activities adhere to the highest sustainability standards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute environmental protection strategies, and you'll be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff to uphold environmental best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in the mining industry.
• Certification in environmental management systems, such as ISO 14001, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental laws and regulations, particularly those related to mining.
• Proficient in using environmental management software, such as SAP or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff.
