📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver engaging, English-based tech classes to students aged 6-14, covering topics such as coding, robotics, digital art, and game design.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with Digikidz Indonesia’s curriculum and educational standards.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and tools, including Scratch, Python, and educational robotics kits like LEGO Mindstorms and VEX Robotics.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their tech skills.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all students.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in tech education.
• Promote Digikidz Indonesia’s values of creativity, collaboration, and innovation in the classroom.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment for students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching tech or related subjects to students aged 6-14.
• Strong knowledge of English, both written and spoken, to deliver classes effectively.
• Experience with educational software and tools, such as Scratch, Python, and educational robotics kits like LEGO Mindstorms and VEX Robotics.
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
• Passion for technology and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience preferred.
