📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Meet potential clients in the field to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.
• Manage and track sales performance, setting and achieving targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Use CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales performance.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share best practices and learn from colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics or courier industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
